"My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The Otter team went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel is really nicely designed, and everything is clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and the hot rooftop pools are a really nice feature. Room was clean and had a great aesthetic and view of the mountains. It’s very walkable to downtown strip of Banff, at about 15 to 20 mins, great to burn off the good eating. Area is quiet next to the hotel and very accessible to get out and head to the various attractions like Lake Louise and Lake Minnewaka. Amazing experience, will definitely stay again."

The hotel is made up of charming individual cottages, each with its own unique and beautiful appearance. It felt like a little village! Getting to the downtown was also very convenient.
