"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"Nice simple hotel close to 2 underground stations. Only that there are no lifts (if you are carrying heavy luggages) and no A/C (for summer stays). "

"The rooms and staff were great, and it is SO easy to get from Heathrows' Travellers Hub to Heathrow (just take the N9 bus--so easy and cheap!!!!). My only reservation about this hotel is that Hounslow is not a place that one necessarily wants to visit. But this hotel is a great place to go when you are trying to catch an early flight and have come from further away than London. The staff was absolutely incredible!!!!"

"A great night, located right next to the Hammersmith and minutes from the picadilly line. My wife and I stayed for the evening and attended Queens to watch some tennis for the first time. The staff were accommodating and facilities were nice. It was easy to get too having travelled from Bristol, and the access to London (for two of us who haven’t been very often) loved it."

"Very nice and comfortable room with small but nice bathroom. Large bed, desk, keetle and tv in the room were nice. Liked the view on the street. It wasn't an issue for me but it could get a little noisy from the street or other rooms. Great location, close to train station and underground, buses, Hyde Park and Kensigton Gardens within walking distance, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Kind and helpful staff. "It’s a pub with rooms at the back, not the biggest but perfectly functional. Very hot in the room, could do with a fan maybe? The lady behind the bar got a little flustered, made a call and got it sorted. Also very European when it came to bar service. Overall will stay again if needed"

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "
