"We have been booking this property for the last five year's, it's in a great location."

"The Sand & Surf Apartment was perfect for a two night stay in Whiby. Clean and spacious and really well placed for a walk up to Sandsend and down into Whiby town. "

"Location fabulous and the apartment was very homely and clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to others."

"Description should warn for older people that the stairs are steep and short of usable hand holds.I am 81 and found the stairs difficult especially during the night as the bathroom was located on the ground floor! The house is in a good position for visiting Whitby."

"The accommodation was brilliant, lovely comfy sofa & chair to relax on, beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy, would definitely recommend"

"Positives were the quiet and convenient location, big fluffy towels, modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and comfortable bed. There were many negatives including shower and tub drains that had water coming up them during a heavy downpour. The drain smell was sickening. The carpets need cleaning. Upon arrival it was evident the carpets had not been vacuumed so I did only to discover the machine dust bag was full. It smelled of dog. The lower level has an unpleasant odor despite diffusers in two...

"Unfortunately it was a cold and wet day when we arrived. "Clean tidy great location would stay again"

"We booked a short break to Whitby but when we got there we could not get into the property or contact the host. We ended up with no where to stay. It was a nightmare, and although we were refunded our money, I feel we are due some compensation for a wasted journey and spoiled weekend "

"Great location it is just a few minutes walk to the centre. Apartment was great. The bedrooms are lovely. If I am being honest, the sofa and the rug could be either cleaned or replaced. Otherwise lovely property is a great location."

"Lovely cottage in great location"

"Lovely place would highly recommend "

"Stunning apartment with high quality finish throughout. Immaculately clean, spacious and very well equipped. Large comfy beds gave really good nights sleep. Covered balcony was an ideal space to sit for morning cuppa and evening drinks looking across to the Abbey and listening to the sounds of the sea. Free private parking was a real bonus. Would highly recommend Even Keel "
