"As alway the room was very clean. Tv worked. Bathroom very clean. Water hot and Tv worked. Only problem I ever have is getting the door to unlock and lock but I alway manage it eventually. I was even given the WiFi password this time "

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. What a beautiful setting, the grounds were impressive and the location means it’s easy to hop onto a bus into York. The on site pub was convenient after a relaxing visit to the spa. My room was in a quiet location with lovely views. The only negative was the room was a bit chilly on waking. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again."
