"Friendly, clean, nice surroundings but a lot of rubbish on the sides of the road, it's a pity that no-one has improved the surroundings, comfortable rooms The staff was good but not above average. The adjoining ‘spa’ is not recommended, very unhygienic"

"Great place to stay before the shuttle crossing. Warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast to go is a really nice touch. One point to note, the bed we stayed in had a footboard so if you are tall the bed can be uncomfortable. When I asked if all beds were like this, after we stayed, I didn’t get a response."

"10/10 for staff, room, food, gardens and grounds and of course Leeds Castle itself. Lovely to have free entry to Castle and able to access grounds after closing. Perfect, highly recommend and will come again."
