When I then requested the offline check in form by texting as instructed the host was rude and replied that:- 1. Reservations needed to be made earlier. 2. One night stays were not allowed 3. They had no availability for my booking 4. Their name was Augustine. 5. To ask Hotels.com for a refund. The host then ignored my requests for further assistance so...

"Everything about our stay was lovely! Zarifa was a great host with fast replies on communication. The house was cleaned spotless, looked just like the photos, and was very comfortable for our multi-generational trip. There was also a great array of bags of crisps, cookies, milk, and coffee to get us started right when we arrived. A beautiful small garden in the back with great plants, just a really peaceful spot. A cute little park across the street, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet at...

"Had a really lovely stay here, the place felt fresh, well looked after and exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was for such a central London location and slept really well. Great little pub a few doors down too, the food was a highlight. Communication was smooth throughout and we would happily stay again."
