Also, they don't clean the rooms during your stay - I've never experienced that at a hotel/resort before. You travel via shuttles around the resort because things are spread so far apart however sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes to get a shuttle. The staff often didn't seem interested at all in helping us unless it was related to some activity or service with extra cost"
