"Yousaf and Ahmad made our stay amazing with their hospitality and service. They were able to coordinate with our driver without us getting involved and as a result everything went smoothly. The breakfast was amazing, rooms were comfortable and the overall riad was just beautiful. It is tucked away on the other side of the Medina which we liked away from the hustle and bustle. "The riad was a quiet place to relax despite the hustle and bustle from outside. Staff were polite, friendly and willing to help with a smile. There are two resident cats and one tortoise which kept the children entertained after returning from a busy day exploring. Spa was also relaxing. Thank you."
"Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes.
In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...
"Omdat de taxi niet tot bij het hotel kon komen, werden we netjes opgehaald door de manager en een kruier voor de koffers. Daarna een uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst met thee en lekkernijen. Na de check-in uitvoerig uitleg gehad over de do’s en don’t’s in Marrakesh. Prima kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt. We kregen een ontbijtpakket mee vanwege de vroege terugvlucht. In het hotel geen alcohol maar op het dakterras van het nabij gelegen restaurant des te meer. Zeker een aanrader."
"We had a great stay at Palais Tinmel and the staff members were amazing. They were accommodating and friendly, assisting us with transportation and more. The property is also beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. However, be sure to schedule your pickup and drop offs in advance because taxis do not fit in the small streets. It is easy to get lost walking but tuk tuks are a common form of transportation. "
"Le riad est proche des activités dans la médina, 15min du souk a pied et 15min du jardin Majorelle. Nous avons eu la suite Améthyste, elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée, la salle d'eau est grande et fonctionnelle, la literie très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, parle bien le français. Le riad est calme et très bien aménagé et entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, le repas du soir également. Nous avons fait hammam, gommage et massage c'était top! "

It is nestled in the heart of a vibrant community but once inside guests are greeted with tranquility, Moroccan tea of course, and lots of hospitality. I loved our room, the breakfast and eating out on the rooftop garden. I would highly recommend if you want an authentic, non-commercial experience. "
"We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very clean & cozy we were at the top of the house with a small private terrace we loved it. The bathroom was small but worked fine. Breakfast was freshly made every morning The staff was friendly like family. Big Thank you to Mustafa that was a very gracious host that went above and beyond in assisting us through out our vacation.
