"The cabin was amazing. It is definitely off the beaten path, but if you are looking for a quiet peaceful stay this is the place. The views are spectacular and the weather really showed off the mountains. The cabin itself is clean, well stocked and charming. We played foosball and PacMan in the game room. We had s’mores and sat by the fire pit and grilled burgers one night. We took a day trip into West Jefferson (I lived there when I was younger) It has definitely turned into a tourist town, but...

"This was a nice stay in a cool mini cabin. It is near the shops and restaurants of downtown West Jefferson, and easy driving to hiking or other interesting towns like Sparta or Boone. There's a little porch on the front, but not much reason to hang out outside on site - my only negative.Would recommend!"
