"Our stay was perfect and we look forward to staying there again. They were in the process of renovating some parts of the hotel when we stayed there and we were able to stay in one of the new rooms. It was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is walking distance of the Roman baths and the Jane Austen center and a lot of great restaurants and shops. "

"A lovely stay here. It was my mums 85th Birthday and they upgraded her room to a huge suite which she was most pleased with. Very quiet hotel. Lovely bar and restaurant. 10 minutes by car into the city…Baths famous traffic didn’t really materialise for us which was also a relief."

"The hotel looked very new. Super helpful receptionist. Easy transfer to Bristol City Centre. Lovely breakfast - lots of choice. Snacks, tea and coffee in the room. All for a reasonable price with breakfast. What's not to like :)"

"The staff are very friendly, attentive and so helpful! They go above and beyond to make your stay great. We managed to upgrade to a suite for just £25 extra which was great to have the extra space and a nice coffee machine, however the room could do with a bit of modernising. The bed and sofa bed weren't very comfortable and both very noisy when moving even just a little bit. The breakfast was great, a good selection and topped up regularly but for some reason the breakfast room was very loud,...
