"I had a fantastic stay at Montcalm Royal London House and genuinely couldn’t fault a single aspect of it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely brilliant — warm, welcoming, professional, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction felt genuine, and it really elevated the whole experience. The facilities are excellent, particularly the pool and spa area, which were spotless, relaxing, and very well maintained. It’s such a luxury to have that level of comfort right in the heart of London. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes the perfect balance between stylish and comfortable. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out, and I experienced no issues whatsoever. A seamless, high-quality stay — I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London."

"The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of both hot and cold dishes."
