"This is our second time staying at this resort. Rarely do you have such a great experience one time, let alone twice in a 3 year period. The hotel is great, the staff are all so nice, the room was super clean… we couldn’t have been happier staying here. Very nicely located to all the fun amenities offered at Clearwater beach. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"Great! Friendly staff. Good breakfast! The shuttle good! And Clean."

"Only issue was the fact you have to pay for parking when staying at hotel. But that is Florida overall Clean, great staff, good amenities....you would think parking would be paid for in your room charge. Sand key is a more low key beach. Which we prefer vs Clearwater area."

"Room slightly outdated and a little shabby. Having towels, chaise and umbrella free of charge was wonderful. Staff was always friendly!!! Very helpful and always treated us with such great customer service Consider having some complimentary coffee in lobby. Prices pretty steep on a lot of things but I guess that’s expected at a resort."

"I arrived 4 hour before check-in and they immediately gave permission to park and I stayed late the next day and they continued to let me park on property."
