"This was a great stay for my family. Especially if you have younger ones they would have a blast, from the splash padsto the water slides. Also everything you needed was only a fee minutes away. Walmart, Target etc."

"This is the second time I’ve come here. The receptionist had a big smile through the whole check in process. I have yet to encounter any negative staff. Activities here are geared a lot towards kids but the grownups can have lots of fun with the bingo. I don t really have anything negative to say. They even have a lazy river. Bar prices are not ridiculous. Food was tasty. Even when I had an issue they rectified it. I’m beyond satisfied with my stay. Room was clean AC and washer dryer worked. No complaints."

"They removed the wristband which I enjoyed collecting as a souvenir. They were less amenities this time around. Parking is always great. Place was clean. All utensils were there. I ran out of TP but managed to figure it out with some napkins I had. There was only 1 roll. I wish they had more channels on the TV"

"The rooms and property were very clean. The wife and I really liked this hotel. It was insanely quiet. Felt like the only ones there. Felt safe and felt our items were secure. Loved our stay. Stay was super nice. This is a hidden gem. A/C worked great. Shower got super hot. Iron with board. Bed was comfortable and good pillows. Not a ton to do if you have children but we are empty nesters and it was the perfect location for all theme parks and local places to eat and close to several places to get things like dollar store, CVS, Walmart, and Ross. Plus several places to eat nearby. So if you want clean, quiet and good location with friendly staff this is your place…"

"Most things were just fine, many things were really good. The bar is a complete joke, it is closed completely on Sunday and Monday. There are flyers posted all over the hotel, so not being open everyday looks foolish and lazy. The bar tender is an inattentive, surly grump, (keeping my language clean) who clearly hates his job. That system needs a complete revamp. I will also note that charging guests to park in your parking lot is ridiculous. That seems cheap and appears to be one more gouge on tourists. Other staff at the hotel were very good, helpful and friendly."

"Love this hotel and always check their rates before anyone when we’re doing a quick trip up to Disney. I had two very minor issues this trip, which resulted in 4 stars instead of 5 in two categories. The first is that due to thunder and lightning earlier in the day the pool wasn’t open either evening we were there. I know that’s a safety thing but usually they reopen once the storm is over so my kids were pretty bummed after long park days that they weren’t able to relax in the pool. The second was that we asked for extra pillows both nights. I was told that they didn’t have anyone who could bring them until after 10 pm when the night matinee guy got there. The first night we fell asleep before 10. The second night I was told the same, I called at 10:15 as I was instructed to, was told someone would be by in a few minutes, but then no one showed up and we ended up going to sleep at 11:15 extra pillow-less. Not a huge deal and won’t stop us from staying again, we’ll just make sure to bring a few extra pillows from home! Overall I love this hotel, my kids love this hotel, I feel very safe staying there, it’s very clean and well kept, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is good, it’s close to the parks, and the amenities are great and it’s an awesome and inexpensive spot to stay for a trip to Disney!"
