"We had an issue with luggage we left with the office. We were told we had until 6:00pm to retrieve, as the office stayed open until that time. We got back at 5:40pm and office was closed and locked. I called after hours number AND NOONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I had to stand by door until I got lucky and some resident of the building came out and kindly let me in to the hall where I had left our luggage. And door jamb of bathroom came off and bathroom was small and there was mold around...
