Awe made very welcome by Maza in the backstage room.Elvin from secutity took us to the room and as i use a walking stick talked me through ths fire evacuation procedure.A lovely gentleman whos name escapes me brought our bags and taljedvus through usingvthe air conditionibg. . We had booked to see Setevie wonder on Saturday then ELO SUnday but dud to ihis ill health ELO was cancelled.We asked at reception of othercefents particularly an art exhibition we wanted to see..He went awaycabd came bzck with 2 tickets for free entyr .What a lovely surprise. The only thing that was disappointng was they had now Brown sauce with breakfast.We did ask but they had run out. That being said it was a first class stay and we will definitely return .Thank you "
