"Beautiful stay, highly recommend"

"We stayed at several hotels in England and this was one of our favorites. It didn’t have an elevator but the young man (I wish I knew his name) was SO helpful, carrying our bags upstairs for us, answering questions. We were able to keep our luggage there the day we checked out while we went downtown (and the young man carried them up to and from the third floor for us!). The food at the restaurant was good and the staff very friendly. It was close to the train station which was convenient."
