"The pictures of the rooms presented on Expedia were nothing like the room I stayed in, seems to be a quite of a bait and switch. Mold in the shower on the tiles, rust on bathroom fixtures and the generally a very sad looking bathroom. Shower did work and bathroom sink was microscopically small. The bed was luckily comfortable. Hotel were in need of repairs, staff was nice upon arrival but did not try the restaurant. Luckily I just needed a bed and some sleep."

We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it. They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow.
