"Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked room only and were still able to book a table for evening meal in the restaurant at check-in.The food quality, presentation and service in the restaurant were excellent. The bar area relaxing for an evening drink. Room was clean comfortable and had all the extras we needed for our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to access Keswick and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again if spending time in the Keswick area."

"Beautiful accommodation in a stunning setting. Breakfast was 5 star! Lots of choice and presented perfectly. Our double room was very clean with en suite and quality toiletries. Tea/coffee and biscuit were replenished daily. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with lots of local advice - we couldn’t have chosen a better guest house for our Lake District break. Having on site, free, car parking was a bonus too, so we made use of the bus services in the area. Highly recommend - we’ll be back! Thank you!"

"The flat provided everything we wanted for a very comfortable 4 night stay. It’s worth noting the exterior, accessed by a couple of flights of steps, belies the modern, spacious interior. The flat is well equipped throughout. A starter kitchen pack meant we didn’t need to pack any additional items and the hot drinks pack enabled us to have a cuppa on arrival. The bathrooms were super, we loved the shower in the main bathroom, we didn’t use the en-suite one. Hand wash and a toilet roll were provided in both bathrooms. The towels were nice and fluffy too. The bedrooms were spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of coat hangers. There was also a separate dining room with a sofa and TV. The location is brilliant, near the entrance to Hope Park. Having a car space was a real bonus and with the proximity to local walks and the bus station, we didn’t move it all week. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Great facilities, well situated in Keswick. Parking might be a bit of an issue for some. Small on site car park. Overnight on street possible. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again "

"Cannot rate this stay highly enough! Staff super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Room was wonderful, with freshly made cookies for guests as an extra touch. The breakfast was excellent. Only thing would make it even better would be ability to have dinner on site or room service. "

"This was a lovely flat for our family of six. The flat was clean, the living area was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It is in an ideal location for walking through town, attending a conference at The Pencil Factory, and heading to the lake."
