I spent over 3 hours communicating with customer service until 2:30am, but the only option offered was to pay an additional £210, bringing the total to £353 for one night without breakfast, which is more than double my original booking. Considering this was just a small, understandable mistake made late at night, this felt extremely unreasonable and showed a lack of flexibility or customer care. I hope management will review this situation and consider a more customer-friendly approach"

"Very polite and helpful staff. Lobby is comfy if you just need to hang somewhere outside your room. Very well located in terms of proximity to shopping, dining and transport connections. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood. Super easy self-check in. Would stay again."
