"dirty, what little rugs/carpeting they had was filthy, whole parking lot floods w a little rain so you have to swim to your car, no shampoo/conditioner or soap (I was told at any Motel 6 anymore) would have been nice to know before I got there and had to leave to do a 1hr scouting mission for basics. "The house was clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. The neighborhood was convenient to Schaumburg and Arlington heights had a cute downtown with easy train access. The decor was very well done and the set up worked very well for my family, my brothers family and my mom. The hot tub was also warm on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the house and wished we could have stayed another night "

"It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though."
