"Liked everything"

"Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. It had a rundown feeling to everything. The room felt dirty with stained couches and pillows. The only thing that felt clean was the bed at least. I had a great trip but it wasn’t because of the Luxor. Also they have no people to help you check in. They just leave you to a kiosk that is supposed to text you your room information but for us it never did. It took over two hrs before we found someone to actually help us. Very annoying."

"The cover to the door scanner to my room was broken. Some faded furniture and dust bunnies. Looked like someone stole a picture off the wall in the bathroom. There were exposed hooks. I’ve stayed at Mandalay Bay several times and have always had a good time. This trip was no different. The above is just nit picking. Overall, Mandalay Bay has always been a favorite. I love the pool area. I did fall hard on the slippery concrete by the lazy River sustaining injury to my right thigh area. The staff...
