"Staff was friendly when we checked in… got to our room… ac didn’t work at all, ceiling fan was loud, water pressure in shower was almost non existent… took 20 mins to wash off soap… hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from most everything but that is all the good things I can say about this property"

"The hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they made my birthday feel so special — they even left a sweet birthday card and little gift in our room. We had a beautiful room overlooking the water, and the views were honestly breathtaking. One of my favorite things about this property was how peaceful and quiet it was. Even on a busy holiday weekend, it never felt crowded. I love sitting out on the balcony and relaxing, and this was the perfect place for that. The amenities were calm and enjoyable, without tons of people everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh and genuinely good — not like the typical cheap hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff was incredibly kind, the housekeeping staff was wonderful, and the front desk team made us feel so welcomed from the second we checked in. The girl who checked us in was especially sweet and thoughtful. They were even doing complimentary wine tasting with music when we arrived, which was such a nice touch. Overall, it’s an absolutely beautiful property with stunning views and such a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back and have officially found our go-to place in Pismo."

"I liked the location it's close to where I wanted to go. Price is reasonable. I would stay there again. Behind is soft and comfortable and the complimentary soaps and hair products are awesome. My hair loved it! Having a daily parking fee is nonsense unless you are traveling with a group or have multiple vehicles. Check in should be by 2pm and not 4pm if you have to check out by 11am. Do not say partial ocean view when there are overgrown trees or obstacles in the view and charge extra for it. I did make a friend with a California Scrub Jay ❤️"

"What an outstanding find. Before we left i had a text from the property checking in our arrival time and after I responded we were wished safe travels. The room was clean and had a view of the rock and the ocean. Everything was within walking distance and made the trip even better. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and very easy to deal with. Our room was very clean and the entire stay was comfortable and quiet. I was expecting a musty by the ocean smell in the room and there was none. The seagulls make sure you wake up at a decent time as well. 😀 Parking was fine and there was always somewhere to park. The Expedia reviews were spot on and we can’t wait to be back in Morro Bay again. Great hotel at a great price. "

"I liked the clean rooms, the awesome view from the balcony (overlooking the green hills!), the hot tub, the staff and breakfast. I just wish the green space for dogs was a bit bigger. Also I’m not sure if that tony green space is somehow watered down or rinsed off daily for sanitation purposes?"
