Warm and welcoming couple, Carole and Andrew - he even helped with my luggage.,Loved location and their suggestions of where to dine. Room was cozy with beautiful linens . Had not visited IOW since a child over 60 years ago so loved everything - it did not disappoint . Breakfast was delightful with Bridget. Would visit again.

The room was just what we wanted, with two twin beds. The wi-fi worked easily, and the bathroom was very up-scale. The lounge felt welcoming, which expanded the size of our living space. We loved the breakfast, which was both professionally put together and personalized. We felt welcomed by the hosts, who gave us excellent directions and suggestions. A very pleasant stay!

It was my wife and I’s first fl stay at CG. We loved our room and the service was great. The hotel and grounds were immaculate.

Lovely stay. The staff upgraded us to a larger room because of the extra stairs we had to climb with our luggage. They did not charge us. Dinner was delicious, and the service wonderful.

Excellent place - beautiful setting, very good food, lovely and comfortable room and great service. I highly recommend it.

We booked this hotel for a two night stay - pre cruise. We are still in awe of our stay here at The White Star Tavern Hotel. From the moment we walked through the door right through to when we left for our cruise 2 days later the staff, Bridgit, Emma, Becca, Mina, Jack, Mack, Kyle, everyone was just amazing, friendly, professional, fun, helpful....The Best!! Only one night, late arrival but restaurant staff very accommodating. Room small but very clean and no problems. Bathroom nicely appointed. Would stay again , hopefully with more time .

What a beautiful place! Our welcome was delightful, the room was clean and well appointed, breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious and we just loved our 4 nights here. As I told Vickie on the way out, it was three times as good as our hotel in London, at one third the price, so that made it 9 times better :) Thank you for a wonderful visit to Isle of Wight. We would definitely stay here again and we give it a hearty recommendation.

The hotel location was walking distance to the Norwegian Cruise Line terminal which worked out perfectly. It was also a quick walk from the bus that we took in from London after flying in. Great atmosphere, great food, and just a overall great time. Would definitely return!

Great hospitality. A clean and pleasant place. Good breakfast. Although we arrived late at night due to airport issues, the host waited for us and welcomed us warmly. On the day we left, we had a few hours before boarding our cruise he stored our luggage and recommended places to visit.

We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!

Our first time in Southampton will be a memorable one because of the staff at Harbour Hotel Southampton. They were so pleasant & accommodating to their ability which made our stay memorable. The beds are so comfortable we had no problem taking naps! Definitely will stay here again in the near future. Food & cleanliness top notch & the location is breathtaking.
