"Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend."

"Perfect location by the Tower of London. Super convenient as the hotel is directly above the Tower Hill tube stop for the Circle and District lines. Loved the room set up - while it wasn’t the largest space it was very well laid out and efficient. There were two of us staying in the room and it never felt cramped. I was impressed with the Citizen M app and iPad which could be used to control everything in the room, including the blinds, lights, television and air conditioning. Everything worked...
"For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too."
"Loved that I stow my luggage until my room was ready. Great staff. Very polite. The two issues I had was the elevator maintenance made it long to get up to room with only one lift, and the toilet placement was terrible. It was placed narrowly between the sink and the wall with a toilet paper mount on the wall jabbing you when you sat down. "
