"Stayed at this hotel back in April and it was great..this time though only one issue, this morning I missed breakfast as it ended as 9am and I hadn’t realised. Not an issue as such but tired to get some milk to take to my room but they said No and then in my room whislt I had a kettle and mugs, there was no coffee/tea or any utensils to make my own coffee…ended up going to 7-11..a little frustrating…a bowl of milk and some coffee could t have been that difficult to muster from the kitchen"

"I stayed for one night in June 2024. The food was phenomenal and the staff were extremely attentive and considerate. Thank you especially to Megumi who took such great care of me. Having a private onsen with a great view was quite an experience, it was absolutely amazing. They have a free shuttle service for pick up and drop off at Gora Station (and I think other areas close by) so just let them know you need it. This was certainly one of the highlights of my trip. "This is super clean and convenient business hotel. This hotel has everything you need. High tech coin laundry which you can monitor the progress from your room. Free breakfast. Super safe. Even they didn’t take the tip I left for housekeepers. It’s right next to main station but super quiet in and out. All kinds of shops are right there. "

"This is a very old hotel located in a quieter section of Hakone. The room is much bigger than average hotels, but the facility is a little bit old. We tried the hot spring and Yukado. It was amazing. The buffet breakfast was the best part. You got the chance to taste great Japanese foods and deserts. There are some small restaurants within walking distance in the area. There are buses taking you to Lake Ashi and all the sightseeing spots in Hakone. There is a green pasture wetland trail...
