"Great property.. incredible views from our patio. Breakfast was great too. Only (very) small concern was the shower in our unit did not have a head high hook. Only a hand held shower head. But don’t let stop you staying here… the views alone are worth the stay. "

"Gorgeous little hotel, a real gem of a find. We had the best welcome of the week here during our train tour of Switzerland. A warm welcome and even a lovely bar of chocolate when we left. Lovely room with a balcony and just around the corner was the Matterhorn. Very generous breakfast with lots of choice and busy and attentive staff replenishing everything. Would definitely recommend. "A family run hotel with terrific views of the Matterhorn. Electric shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the train station on arrival/departure. A free local bus allowed access to downtown but service ended at about 7:30PM and the walk back would be pretty uphill and take half an hour. Alternatively taxis are available but we were told they can be quite expensive. We were able to ski out and ski most of the way back. Beginner skiers would struggle to do so. "This hotel was close to the train station and walkable to many shops and restaurants. One of the staff was super helpful but once we called down to ask a question and we were rushed off the phone and hung up on after asking the restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast offered an assortment of choices. One morning we ate breakfast later about 1hour before it closed, the hot food was like warm and the butter machine ran out of butter.
