We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We travel to Buffalo often, family and our daughter is in college there. We have stayed in many hotels in the area but none were as charming, beautifully designed, clean, and had a staff that was available for anything you needed. The lobby is like being in someones beautifully decorated living room. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and a small living room wtth a pull out sofa. Thanks for the candy when we arrived...

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. While I appreciated the job done on the room each day, I would have liked to have had an option. We had a...

I was quite pleased with this property. My understanding is that the property is not a new build, but it obviously has been completely renovated. I’ve been to properties where “renovations” amounted to not much more than a slopped on coat of paint and old nasty carpet replaced with cheap vinyl flooring. That is not the case here. Whoever owns/manages this property really cares about the product they want to provide. Linens & towels were of good quality and very clean and white. Staff were all...
