"This is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are first rate - very modern, up to date, and classy. Great bed, linen and bathroom. Attention to detail in cleanliness and quality of the furnishings. Bar and breakfast were both lovely - great quality and selection and served with grace and efficiency. Location is quite convenient. Most outstanding was the attitude of the staff. Consistently and genuinely friendly, respectful, kind and helpful. "

"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."
