We have stayed here before but first time in the premier lounge i can say it was a wonderful experience , we were upgraded to a great room ! service was great , breakfast was great even though it was full .

Best vacation resort I’ve ever been to.

Raul the butler was amazing. He helped me book restaurants, spa appointments, ride to the airport, and was very responsive and very kind. The food was great. My favorite restaurant was the Argentinian steakhouse. FYI if you book through Expedia, the sales team will give you a 2-3 hour presentation about the resort’s membership.

We rented a two bedroom unit (really two one bedroom units connected by a short hallway) with our 21 year-old triplets. It was a perfect setup for us. My wife and I took one unit, and our kids took the other. The resort is in a very convenient location- also very well-maintained. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which our kids really liked because they could go out without waiting for us to drive them somewhere. We were the first guest ever to arrive at the resort on the adult side and they treated us like celebrities. I really enjoyed the food the food was bomb and yes I am black. I loved the buffet when I went home I missed the buffet that’s the best part and everything is all inclusive. Our 1st stay and had a wonderful time even with the hurricane, we'll be back!

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was kind and super helpful. I enjoyed the on property dining options, great bar selection. Overall a great stay! Ms.Carla at the pool bar is the bomb!

We reserved a studio that would have been a four floor walk up. My new husband would have had great difficulty due to emphysema. Jose, in the office, was terrific finding us a 1 bedroom ground floor. Very nice restaurant with Freddy taking care of us. Lovely pool with a swim up bar, beach across the street, and convenient location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Obvious security thru-out the night gave me a safe feeling.

We loved our time at this resort!! We are a family of five with three teens. It was a peaceful and fun time. The only thing that could have been better was if they sold snacks or had more food options in general. The resort is in the dry forest area and is secluded. Although it was good food, there aren’t a lot of other dining choices. It was clean and safe. The pools were fantastic. The beach is peaceful. we definitely plan to go back if we are in Puerto Rico again.

This property was beautiful. Had a great time. Just be aware that there is a free shuttle into town that is not ran by the resort but by a jewelry store. When they get you into town they take you directly to the store. Try and sell you things. Before you can leave for your shopping in town.

Overall my experience was great. I did not like that my room was filled with bugs & dirty. My air also did not work and they worked on my room for hours and they couldn't give me a different room. They did fix the problems.
