"I have mixed feeling about this place. I have to give low scores to cleanliness and services because the toilet was yellowish. This should be a big no!no! to any guests. It took us almost 14 hours to get instructions to use wifi and drinking water situation. The restaurant experience at La Rosa, however, was very pleasant. Food was delicious and never failed to impress us. Staff were very accommodating. View there was amazing!"

I think the hotel itself is a part of a large chain, but it did not have the plain and sterile ambience of current large hotel chains. We had a suite overlooking the beautiful garden and facing a mountain. The suite itself has very high ceilings, maybe 15 or 20 feet which made the already large suite feel even larger.
