"The building, room, location, service from everyone we met, rooftop restaurant and views and ... well... everything, the Gran Hotel exceeded our expectiations. From the coffee and treats in the special access room in the morning (and throughout the day), to our comfortable bed at the end of a long day of exporation, we loved our Mexico City home at the Gran and would go back in a heartbeat."

"Did not use airport shuttle. Everything was perfect except air conditioner in room made loud rumbling sound for 4 minutes each, then shut off and would return every 15 minutes keep us up most of the night. Please fix it. Other than that the hotel was clean, very central and with very attentive staffs. Breakfast was the best, lunch and dinner were average."

"Food is amazing, drinks are great and put out fast. Staff cleans around the clock. Ocean view is spectacular!"

"A quiet and stylish retreat from the surrounding bustle. The hotel was comfortable and offered good (though somewhat limited) services. It’s in the midst of a busy and somewhat chaotic section of San Jose, but it manages to offer relaxation and calm. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room TV did not offer any streaming options, only cable TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. Awesome little oasis on the rooftop with view of el angel de indepencia. The pool and hot tub are small but quite nice. The staff are amazing. We forgot our stuff in the safe and they made sure everything was ok until we returned to get our things. Nice restaurants in the lobby but tons of restaurants nearby, coffee shops, ice cream. It’s a lovely neighborhood. "
