"I didn’t like the fact that there weren’t umbrellas at the pool . The Florida sun is brutal , umbrellas are a MUST !! Drinks from the bar were weak or watered down . Beverage machines were always empty or sold out . I went to 6 machines in total . I stood there 28 days so it was quite disappointing ."

"Very clean and comfortable rooms. The water park and pools are great for the kids. The onsite restaurant is very convenient, while the food is quite good too. The grounds are very clean with mostly kind staff. A few minor issues experienced were with some non-functioning appliances (oven, toaster). We could have called to address these smaller issues, but we just worked around the non-working appliances and didn’t want to tax the help staff, nor cause any delays or disruption to our activities during our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience during our entire stay. This was our second stay here at The Grove, and will more than likely return next year."

"No complaints at all. We did an overnight Staycation to celebrate our son’s birthday. We were only there for an afternoon, night, & morning but it felt like much longer- a good thing!"

"Very convenient when going to and from Universal parks. Central location to food and shopping. We had a room credit that we could use in the cafeteria which had late hours and was also very convenient. And the Starbucks was a good one. Haha highly recimmend staying here."
