"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. "Stayed here twice and had a great time both times. The area is nice and the staff was extremely helpful and keeps the place very clean. Didn't try the in house restaurant, but the dessert/parfait operation they run at nice had some really delicious desserts and drinks. My only complaint is the hostel's towels are very thin and you're only allowed one for the stay. Additional towels are available for rent for ¥200 for the stay, but if you have a lot of hair (or are very accustomed to more plush...
