"The hotel was very clean, our room was very clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was quite good. It was also very centrally located with easy access to colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. My only complaint was with the wifi. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not have internet access."

"I had a nice stay at The Hilton Greensprings resort. Staff was very helpful. Unit was clean and had everything i needed for cooking. Bedding was very comfortable. Only problem i had was that I was on the 2nd floor and I could hear the people upstairs walking and talking. I will request a 3rd level unit for my next stay."

"Not sure why the hotel got low reviews , i had a great experience ,Debra was super helpful checked me in 2 hours before check in time, room was large nice cleaned daily, location walking distance for downtown, yes some bathroom need slight update due to age of the hotel, no breakfast included . bottom line if you good with 3 star hotel, fair rate ,than its great choice."
