"Very disappointing stay. The hotel rooms are very outdated and tired. Bathroom disgusting. On positive note, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very basic. Overall i would not recommend this hotel at all. There are better hotels for this price. Standards are about 2 stars at its best."

"We like to jump on the heart of Wales train line and stay in different little places. This was just the ticket. The hotel was quite different and very quaint. Room was lovely and very romantic with four poster bed. Most of the staff were very friendly, even though they were obviously short staffed during breakfast. but I think the manager could have been a little more welcoming !"

"The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Despite the limitations of Covid we had a huge choice for breakfast. From full Welsh breakfast, to fresh milk and eggs direct from the farm. Our children loved staying on a working farm, there was even a calf born overnight! "Interesting history of harbour and surrounding area"

"Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. "

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons. We were there for 4 nights. Emma and Stewart were so welcoming, we got on so well and feel we have made a couple of new friends. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection, so delicious. We had free use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and walks around the extensive grounds. All in all just brilliant."
