"The only problem I see to this hotel is the lack of its own car park,you need to use a public one. Every thing else wonderful......the people the food the communications. The National Express Coach if, like me you needed transport picks you up in the main street 5 mins from Allerdale. At the same stop are regular buses to Keswick and Penrith. I had a great time."

"Room very comfortable, food was fabulous. No staff at night. Unable to find contact number when needed, suggest it is put on reverse of room door. No information in guest guide for the spa. 5 minute drive away Also information to include cost of towel hire and padlock for lockers. No information of therapies or costs"
