The George was wonderful! Great staff who helped me find local services and scheduled appointments for me. The room is exactly like the pictures, very comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend staying at The George and will next time I’m in Montclair!

We have stayed here at least 20 times. If your going for a red bull arena event there's no doubt this is the best option. Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Always clean and very responsive with any requests. The staff are professional consistent helpful friendly and do whatever they can to go the extra mile. My children and I liked it very much. The pools heated so that’s a plus. We were there for the weekend trip to six flags. We booked on Expedia which had it about 13 miles to six flags it’s more like 17 miles about 30/32 mins. It was overall great.

Clean rooms, quiet area and location is close to downtown Princeton and major roads to get to NYC or Philly area. Parking was good and clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was great. The front staff was exceptional. I had called about a week before the stay to make sure the pool was open. The front staff person asked me if I had called last week. I was surprised that she remembered. The suite was wonderful. Very spacious. Super comfortable beds and bedding. For the price, everything that you get with a stay here is amazing. Only a block from the train into new york which is only a 25 minute ride for $2.75, free breakfast, a full kitchen, absolutely an unbeatable property. I will be staying here every time I visit the city.

Great location by Grove street PATH station and Jersey city pedestrian mall. Hotel was clean, well-maintained and always had lots going on in the extensive lobby/ common area. This hotel is our new favorite Jersey City hotel.

I think Stephanie, Alicia and Vanessa are outstanding!! Very professional and attentive. My one complaint is that some strange characters hang out near the entrance doors smoking, etc. Makes it feel unsafe at times. Otherwise I love staying there.

Breakfast was weak

this hotel is incredibly convenient to Manhattan. The ferry dock is right at the hotel which runs to 34th st. If the ferry isn’t your thing, theirs a bus stop about a block from the hotel, offers service to the PATH bus depot at 42nd st and 8th Ave. the hotel is the first stop on the route, so it’s really quick.

It was clean

Family of 5. The room was nice and clean very spacious. We got the suit with two rooms one king and two queen beds with sofa bed. The pool is small just how it looks in the pictures. Our only complain was staying 4 days three nights not once did we get our towels changed or room cleaned. Other than that the hotel was nice for the price and looked clean.
