"The staffing service were absolutely amazing. Our hotel room was clean and the view was unforgettable. We had turn down service and cleaning services every day. The concierge goes out of their way to make anything you want possible. I would definitely stay here again I recommend this property to anyone who would like to unwind in a retreat/resort fashion. Bonus points for the amazing pool and spa area that they have."

"Location was great, short walk to thermal baths and waterfall. Close to train station and everything else. Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast and massage services on site which were very helpful for our tired bodies! The room was clean and comfortable and a great value.
Water in shower was not as hot as I like it but it was comfortable, so we adapted and didn’t let the is minor thing overshadow the good things. "
