Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Whenever we asked suggestions for restaurants they were always accommodating. They made us feel like their extended family! We are so happy to have found Duck Lodge outside Brighton proper. Located in a safe rural picturesque village, it is an easy train ride into Brighton and you won’t have to hassle with parking and crowds. Our host, Keith, keeps the property immaculately maintained and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, brought to the door each morning. The bed was comfortable, not lumpy or saggy. Nearby bike rental available which Keith helped arrange . We loved...

Selden Farm B&B was a totally delightful place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly, helpful statt and easy to walk out from a wonderful farm into exquisite surrounding countryside.
Easy to great great dinner at the World's End pub, about a mile away. If you has breakfast at Seddon Farm, you will not need lunch. Also easy to get to Arundel, which is about 4 miles away. Will definitely return

We loved our stay here. The property is in a lovely quiet but convenient location. The rooms are well appointed and clean. There is a very helpful list of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The owners were very welcoming. I can’t recommend this guest house enough.

Over the course of the last couple of years I've stayed in over 200 hotels throughout the UK for work. Random Hall is probably the best I've stayed in. Other hotels may have bigger rooms or bigger bars, but doubt any can beat the wonderful food or the service on offer here. Made to feel welcome straightaway at check in, then ate a wonderful meal accompanied by a couple of locally brewed excellent beers. Beautiful location, great staff and accommodations, wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Loved the green juice! Easy walk to nearby small village with a high end provisions store and a restaurant the Black Horse. If not driving good access to taxi services and limited uber.

This small, historic Inn is off the beaten path set in a picturesque community of country manors. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant is succulent, particularly the duck confit. It is clearly a favorite local spot to gather in the bar and enjoy a pint and the lively conversation.
