"My first day I questioned going there as there was water in the dishwasher. But once I notified staff there were there within the hour and had the machine fixed. I absolutely loved the resort. We have gone to many resorts in Florida over the past 20 years but this was my favorite. The staff were great and so friendly. I have never seen a place so clean before. They are constantly cleaning around the property and the pool was so well maintained. Truly the cleanest resort I have ever been too. I can not wait to return. I loved that there were several places to eat on the resort and just having an ice cream at the end of the day was great."

"Very well maintained Resort with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff everywhere you go from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. The only issue I had was a two week convention going on at the resort that put up a temporary building taking up the entire guest parking lot. Guests were forced to pay the up charge for valet parking or to park over at the Swan hotel and walk back over. So now you have two resorts full of guests parking in one parking lot. On my checkout day they got smart and were running a shuttle bus from the dolphin resort to the Swan parking lot."

"I liked how spacious the rooms where, but before booking it was confusing where we were staying and how many levels it really was. A layout of the space would be helpful. The coffee was amazing and so were the tacos at the taco trailer by the water!"

"The hotel is a nice hotel , but the rooms needs work the light fixtures outdated and the window leagues need work , the refrigerator was not cooling . The room had an odor where my daughter alleges act up .But over all it was a nice weekend stay and I will book again. It was in the heart of everything the outlets , food and shopping areas."
