Find Hotel with a Concierge in Disney's Maingate West, FL

"Check in took time and not much explained finally found room and key didnt work . Room was immaculate with everything you could possibly need . Fully equipped kitchen . Target opposite and great restaurants along main road abd shopping options ..loved the pools a littke crowded at times . Felt rushed at check out ..cleaner banging on door at 9am saying we need to leave so she could clean and sat outside door. Thought we had until 10am . We paid for breakfast for 2 this was not added either had to resolve at front desk . "

"This was the most beautiful, clean, luxurious experience I have had at a resort. Me and my family were very impressed with how beautiful & clean the property was. We loved the amenities it had to offer, the outdoor areas, and water slides. We literally enjoyed the resort so much we had no reason to leave except for exploring the area. We had not one single complaint. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again. This place is a gem that we want to keep a secret. "
