"My experience was excellent. All of the staff were very accommodating and eager to help and so nice. I also mentioned at check in that I was celebrating my birthday weekend and when I returned to my room from the pool, the staff had placed a birthday gift for me. I enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool the most but all of the amenities were great! I will definitely be a returning guest."

"It was great besides no air conditioning upstairs where bedrooms are , even though they clean after you leave there should be a dust pan and mop to do cleaning while there "

"The hotel is ok for the price, but the best is the pools they have in the resort. What was disapointing, is that I paid extra for the breakfast, but actually the hotel is not serving breakfast, just said they give a credit to consume in any of the restaurants at the resort (which I think they hive to every one staying there, no need to pay extra for that). They sent me to a place 2 miles from the hotel, and was closed, so sent me back to a place next to the hotel, which only opens at 9am, so...

"Hotel is very old and very dirty. Staff very lazy and unaccomidating. We are switching hotels immediately. "

"Everything was great. My only complaint is that 2 pools are advertised and when we arrived at the property, one of the pools was closed the entire stay. The main pool was close by, but there were adults smoking marihuana where a big group of children were playing. "

"I did a last minute booking with this hotel and it was worth it very affordable for it being the holiday weekend. My ac n tv didn’t work in my 1st room but was immediately switch to a different room… they offer movie night great for the kids the pool was nice "
