"Really lovely room (317) only thing I would say was it’s quite noisy right next to the lifts with the occasional inconsiderate guest. Not the hotels fault, just people’s post Covid attitude. Room was very clean and top quality toiletries. "

"Generally very friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were also given a room upgrade for our silver wedding anniversary and staff had organised prosecco and chocolates as a present from our family, with which we were greeted as we entered the room. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard and it would be good if the same could be done to the pool area, which is nice, but looking rather tired after years of being left as it is. Only a very minor point, though, which didn't impact on the enjoyment of our stay. We have visited this hotel several times before and always enjoyed our stays. It is ideally situated for exploring Solihull and the Touchwood shopping centre and only half an hour from Birmingham too."

"The hotel is spacious, very clean, staff friendly. The rooms are a good size, very quiet, comfortable and clean. You don't know you're near a major airport as its so quiet. "

"Nice and spacious room. My only 'complaint' is that when we checked in we were told that breakfast was included. I didn't select this option but as I booked a number of hotels for our trip I didn't recall each one. Wish they had been clearer but the breakfast was both good and reasonably priced. I would definitely suggest staying here if you are in the area."
