Prime choice in beautiful city

We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and wanted to do it in style. A friend had stayed at The Hazelton and recommended it. I'm so glad we took her advice. We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

We booked through Wikipedia and contacted the property via the app on the check-in day, and they promptly assisted with check-in. We met at the building entrance at the check-in time, and the host personally showed us the room and handed us the keys. The room was newly built, very clean, and the building had staff on site, ensuring security and safety. We could reach out anytime for help, and they were very accommodating. Amazing service and ambience

We recently spent a week in Toronto and decided to experiment with a boutique hotel versus a known chain. We were thrilled with The Ivy. Small, at only 4 rooms, guests are pampered and indulged; the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed from the uber comfortable bed, to the plush arm chair and private balcony. We (a family of 4) really enjoyed our time at the ACE Hotel. Everything was just like expected!!! Clean, great rooms and a park and a foodhall right next door! We highly recommend this place!

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

The hotel was quite nice and the staff were very helpful. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but we did know that when we were booking and it didn't really bother us. The one issue was that the room was quite dark. The walls and ceiling are painted a dark brown so any light in the room just wasn't reflected. They need to do something about that. Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from many attractions. We didn’t even need to rent a car except the day we drove to Niagara Falls and even the car rental place was within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and kitchen utensils. Breakfast buffet every morning did not disappoint but arrive earlier than later as it gets more busy later.
