"Check in was great especially Brenda at the front desk. She’s very accommodating. Room was very nice with an ocean view. Liz, Nelson, and Angelo at the restaurant and Allan at the bar were great. We were disappoint with the following reasons: 1. We didn’t get housekeeping service after our first night despite having the sign that said between 8am-3pm. We came back at 4pm and ended up asking for fresh towels. 2. Some towels smelled damp. 3. We asked for dental kits during the evening but it did not come. We had to request again the next day. 4. No laundry bag given to put our wet clothes and asked for plastic bag instead and was given 2. When asked for more since it was small, staff said they can only provide 2. Given that we paid a lot. 5. Restaurant reservations. We stayed for 5 nights and can only book 2 reservations. I asked front desk and they said to just ask the staff at the restaurant for walk ins. Went to 2 restaurants and they don’t allow walk ins. When I told front desk, they sent me the next day to the staff that manage the app. When I talked to the person, they told me to come back the next day. I just decided that there’s no point coming back since we are leaving the next day. We were very disappointed that my friends and I weren’t able to have dinner together in one of the restaurants since we only have 2 nights altogether. "

"From the moment of check in after a long day of travel, the front desk pawns you off to a timeshare hustle. The hotel is dated and multiple dispensaries such as water fountains and soda machine does not work. The food is probably the worst I’ve experienced in Mexico and other all inclusive. The so called RSVP restaurants were no better and not to mention hard to schedule. My son(13) who works out often was not allowed to use the gym even accompanied by me. Staff had some hardworking employees per usual but many staff members were not interested in helping unless they got something out of it. Rooms were somewhat upgraded and kept clean(one of the few impressionable experiences). Overall, the resort is trying to get by with the bare minimum in items and quality. I highly suggest staying somewhere else and spending the extra cash. "

"There wasn't a lot to do at the resort, our teenagers got bored quickly. Overall we did love the resort though. Fantastic service, very clean. Felt like a luxury resort. Dining hall could have used more vegetarian options. If you have allergies they ask when going into the restaurant but then never help you stear clear of things you shouldn't eat, so I'm not even sure why they ask. Overall it was a great stay and we did enjoy ourselves. "

"The entire resort was lovely. Our room was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were amazing. On our last day there was a glitch with our check out time and the concierge desk did everythi they coudd to accomodate us."

"Beach front from any floor . Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was awesome. Activities were fun . Never a dull moment. I could do without the big tub on the balcony taking up 1/2 of the balcony space. Never used it as ur neighbor could lean over and look at you . "
