"The property is right on the beach. The room set up was nice. Beds were super hard. It took forever to get hot water in shower. We had the sign to clean room on so it would be stocked with new towels and so forth but the did not stock tp. We called 3 times to get stocked. Location is great."

"We so enjoyed our time here. Our room was poolside and recently renovated. The amenities were fantastic. Had breakfast by the pool and the food was excellent. If you’re into the bar scene or just enjoying a cocktail next to the pool, this place is the best. Everything is right there and you have easy access to a fun time or a quiet time. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Access to Fort Myers Beach is within a couple blocks and all the amazing restaurants are also in walking distance. I don’t think you could enjoy Fort Myers Beach any better anywhere else. We have made a pact, my son and I to return many times to come."

"We enjoyed the facility and the location . Personnel at the front desk is very professional but One the server at the beach restaurant is very arrogant and incompetent ( worst service I never had) There was one thing that really pissed me off : while chairs and and umbrellas are supposed to be free , an extra is charged for a third chair and second umbrella 42$ . This is a small amount compared at the value of our stay but the business model of suck off as much money as possible to the clients already in place is contrary to my values . I asked the hotel to waive this charge , they refused . I will never go back there even I liked the location"
