Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. He was a fabulous guide and help for all the things we did which gave us a full experience of Istanbul in only 3 days. We highly recommend this hotel

This location is right next to everything! We booked the city view room for our stay in Istanbul, and loved the views, location and hotel! The convenience of walking out the hotel, and being right next to all the sites was a win for us! Also the hotel is clean, friendly and has one the the best rooftop restaurants with amazing views of the city for breakfast and at night! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Fantastic location close to Sultanahmet and transportation to all places in Istanbul. Walking to Galata tower and Galata Port. Amazing staff, attention and food at the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast there was very very good. Will definitely return.

This hotel is so beautiful. The people who work here are amazing and unbelievably kind. We received such superb customer service here. I've been to may hotels, and this is one of my favorites. I stayed this hotel from 7/15 to 7/19. I stayed on the 25th floor which is one of the executive floors. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The amenities are excellent and the staff at the hotel were so kind. It was super clean and just so beautiful. I did like having access to the executive lounge because they gave free breakfast, free dinner, and snacks/drinks throughout the day.
