What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. This have been the go to Resort every time i visit Fl with my family. As always it was an awesome experience. The Villa was clean nand well maintained. It has all the necessities for me and my family. The amenities are insanely great. The pwraonal qqa great and attentive, I will always stay at Orange Lake Resorts while visiting Fl. 😀

Amazing resort! Anyone looking for a resort and clean rooms full kitchen two baths for large families it is amazing! It had pans for cooking - silverware, glasses, wine glasses, dishwasher, coffee maker, can opener, cooking utensils, oven, stove, large fridge, the beds were awesome, people had mentioned bugs, but our rooms were amazingly clean. They had toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels, plenty of blankets, highchair for baby, baby crib, if needed. The pool was clean, had a splash...

Everything was great! We had good moments together like a family, the place is beautiful and the facilities are amazing, 5 pools, movie theater, play room and a lot of things to do.

We had an amazing stay! We were too busy to take advantage of the pool and arcade, but were very comfortable!

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Terraces building of The Grove resort and everything was perfect for us! We felt safe, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a nice spot to relax at and the waterpark area was so much fun for us!! We are already planning our next trip back. Don’t know where all of the negative reviews are coming from, you will love the Grove Terraces.

I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, charming, & beautifully decorated. The set-up and design of the rooms was so thought out and not a single detail was missed. The room had amazing linens, high-end bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. I was offered turn down service with fresh water every night and my room was always nice and clean when I returned at the end of the day. The apartment is amazing, so spacious and accommodating to our whole family. The kitchen has everything that you need. We love it here!

Everything was amazing. Room was clean, service was superb, food was delicious. Only thing I'm sure everyone is complaining about and I think management should look at is the the pool.. too cold for comfort. other than that the place is spot on.

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

The room and staff were great and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I had a great experience.

Hotel property is outstanding.. highly recommend and I look forward to going back. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to Epcot, the boardwalk, loved taking the ferry for a character breakfast and the ease of getting to magic kingdom. Was nice to return to the hotel & quietness after a long day of crowds.

Parking and Resort fee, it is too high in taxes too
