"We stayed in the "Upper Deck" suite and it was perfect for us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony with the view of the water. It was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach or main strip of town. Excellent coffee and plenty of restaurants and shops are a very short walk away while the site is peaceful and feels removed from the tourist area. It was great to have a parking spot as we liked some spots on the East side of town which is a short drive. Communicating with the innkeeper over email always got a swift response. "

"If you are traveling on a budget, this is a winner! Very clean, nice pool and hot tub area. Patio with nice seating and a grill and the breakfast was really good. Cannot expect much more from a place for that price! Would certainly stay again."

"A great place to stay: down town Grand Rapids, easy access to the highways, and walking distance to several different restaurants and right beside the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum - rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly from check in to check out - definitely a place to stay"
