"This hotel was very clean and spacious for a New York hotel. The staff was very charming and friendly, and I could not complain about the city view that we got (we were able to see the Empire State Building!) The elevators were a bit slow and cramped, but manageable to use. Breakfast was also really good with lots of unique, yet versatile options. Overall, I'd highly recommend The Element, especially for first-timers."
