I had several extraordinary requests, including making copies and checking in early (I was traveling with two young and very tired grandchildren) and all were addressed helpfully and cheerfully. "The walkability is what made this place standout. We flew in from Gatwick, took the Express to Victoria Station, and then walked a couple of minutes to our hotel. We were able to walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. And we were also able to walk to a bunch of affordable and not so affordable restaurants. Then to come back to a confortable room? The best stay! Highly recommend, especially as a tourist. "
